CLEO sign off ??

Can the CLEO refuse to sign off? Is the purchase nixed without the sign off?
With the green stripe license are we permitted to buy any transferable class 3 device? (Ma. resident)

Yes (but there are ways around the CLEO sign off)
Green card allows you to posess a machinegun; no seperate permit necessary to posess SBR, SBS, DD or AOW (which are all title 2 weapons)

No to suppressors. The only way a non-LEO can own a can in MA is to be a licensed manufacturer, SOT ($500/year) included.

Yes they can, and probably will refuse unless you are in a super green town or you have an inside connection. I have had a Class A no restriction for 9 years but was told "not in a million years."

Step #2 Find the weapon you wish to purchase (look online, ask friends, etc)

Step #3 Sell kidney and come up with about 6 grand
