I'm about to have some fun and build a 6M yagi. I want to use some of the aluminum I have laying around, so what I build won't exactly match the various plans out there. I figure another step in my journey into amateur radio could be modeling antennas with EZNEC. I am an analog engineer, but I'm not one of those guys who can memorize 50 pages of user's manual. When I see descriptions like "powerful softerware" and "feature rich" I immediately retranslate to "impossible for me to learn".
So, easy? Hard?
Should I just use the version that came with my 20th edition ARRL Antenna book, download a newer version or fork out tne $ for the pay-for version?
Thanks for any advice.
