Hellcat Apex Trigger

Just curious if anyone has ever seen this/ is this normal? I installed the apex trigger kit in my hellcat but for some reason I’m now getting a rattle from the disconnector pin inside the spring in the sear housing. Now it just simply falls out if you turn the sear housing upside down? I contacted Springfield and the said “nothing should rattle but the firing pin”? It seems as though there’s now not enough tension to keep the pin inside the spring? I tried to upload a video with no success
