Hi cap mags included?

Ideals and reality don't go together, especially in Mass

I'm NOT a big defender of MA, but what I stated above will play as well in West Oshkosh/Bubba Territory as it does in Boston!

I learned a long time ago that whoever possesses the badge, possesses the power! That's why I ALWAYS advise people to be polite to the police because they can make or break you. The courts only sort it out later and you usually will be treated much like you behave by any officer you run into (always some exceptions).

Cool.

Like I said, the ideals to which many here subscribe do not relate to the reality of this country today. Massachusetts especially, but all over the country.

LOL thats very interesting. So what you are saying is the gov has no burden of proof.

I remember hearing something long long ago Innocent until proven guilty.

I guess it was outdated and no longer popular.

They likely DO have the burden of proof, but in this case, an MA peon having
"large capacity" magazines for an M+P is pretty much a "slam dunk", more or
less, because the gun didn't exist, or wasn't even a twinkle in someones eye,
before the ban.... nor do the mags interchange with any other guns on the
market, making it impossible for someone to say "well, these are pre 94
sigma mags that just happen to work in the M+P."

While the "burden of proof" issue might hold fast with other mags (eg, Glock,
Beretta, some HK mags) it's not going to hold water very well when the prosecutor
comes out and tells everyone that the M+P wasn't made until
recently. It's not that difficult for them to prove that the handgun didn't
even exist up until recently.

Some will wonder "how would they know?" And I answer that with... "insert exigent
circumstances here" then ding fries are done. The other problem
in this state is that the DAs are almost unilaterally stacked against us
across the board... most of them are liberals to some degree or another, and
most are anti gun. Cops in this state get put through the wringer whenever
they have to use their guns, (even when the reason is blatantly
obvious) so that should give you an idea of the problems in this state.
