What part of this U. S. Constitutional right do these people not understand????? Seems pretty clear cut to me. This is part of the same document he's sworn to protect when he took his oath.

And those 10 are probably for people whose names he recognized right off the bat, fellow cops or family members.

Another public official who should be charged with dereliction of duty, stripped of his office then tried and convicted for denying Hawaiians of their constitutional rights.

yeah. it just gives the idea of how bureaucracy will deal with bruen or any other legislature. they just going to ignore any applications calling them 'incomplete', based on their own known to them only criteria. same that happens here in MA pretty much. protest it or not, does not matter.
