Identifying clip and ammunition?

I have a clip of 5 rounds that I was given a while back, but was never told what they are or what the clip goes to (if anything specific?) They are just brass and copper, no powder or primer.

Only identification on the casings is "WRA 66" on the bottom, and what appears to be a + sign in a circle. Bottom of the clip says "SEY"

I assume I would have to ID them with measurements? The pictures shows relative size to an American quarter.

WRA probably means Winchester Repeating Arms. 66 is 1966. The cross is the NATO symbol. My guess (though the pic makes them look bigger) is 7.62x51mm NATO.
