IED just barely misses convoy

I hit upon this site Militaryvideos.net. Check this video out. It's like the ground erupted when the IED went off. It just barely misses one of the trucks.

holy cow.... was that under pavement? If so I guess it delayed the trigger...or the bomb had a delayed trigger....dayum!
