was up at major waldrons today and was shooting my cousins new socomII and man is it an awesome gun...very easy to shoot...points naturally...and not all that bad to shoot offhand at all
with the 4 rail system on it i think it weighs in around 11lbs and i thought it may be a bit too much rifle to shoot accurately offhand but boy was i surprised
at 25 yards with iron sights offhand i was holding at least 1-1.25'' groups if not better...the forward grip definately aiding in aiming and steadying the rifle but i was amazed at how little recoil it had...follow up shots were easily achieved...the gun wasnt as jumpy as i expected it to be

if anyone was on the fence about buying one id run out and get one...could easily be my favorite new tool of '07 (aside from my new kimber) and the year just started
