I am sure i will buy an AR eventually . The bolt action was really fun though. Having to cycle it was a blast Maybe one in .223 would be good for me

I have a Remington 700 in 223 with the 12tw barrel. While not good for the heavies, it shoots the 40gr VMax bullets into tiny holes. I can usually put 5- 5 shot groups in under 1/2 inch. It has no recoil with the light bullets. Maybe look into one of those, it was my first bolt gun and I still have it and still love it, as does the wifey. If you ever want to try it, I spend a lot of time at the Taunton club.

Yeh i would love to come and try it out , maybe we could get donvin to come with his arsenal again. Hes a member of taunton as well.
