"Now, if you're an average citizen that has the authority and ability to have firearms, like most citizens do, it's not a big deal. At least if they pass the new laws nobody will be doing this type of thing.

for criminal shitheads it means nothing, of course, but anyone who is a law abiding innocent person to be guilty of a suspicion to be guilty is enough today to lose the whole livelihood, house and family. so it is anything but funny to see them doing this shit.

How'd they get a search warrant?

Apparently, the guy's a Prohibited Person based upon prior actions and is also stupid enough to appear in a video holding a handgun he supposedly assembled. That handgun was not found as part of the arrest.

From the Channel 5 story: "Skowyra said Kingston police launched their investigation after someone called in a tip and then shared a video that appeared to show Santos holding a pistol that may have been made with a 3D printer."
