Looking to a NH FFL to accept a Pre Ban Glock mag from a customer who is scared to ship to Massachusetts - or just a guy in NH who I can pay to accept

The new legislation has nothing to do with mags.

There are no laws being proposed about further mag bans besides the current AWB.

Everything I said about pre Healey is regarding AR15 lowers.

In THAT ad (also in my signature line) I state that nobody has ever been busted for AR lowers. I refer to reputable mass gun law resources like our own EC who has the mass gun law website that states post Healey ARs are illegal. Read his FAQ and take his class to see for yourself.

I have a police report from one of our forum lawyers where a guy was arrested for a post Healey AR. Take it up with him about those charges.

Thousands of lowers were sold the night that the Healey ban went into effect. Those folks and dealers were glad to stay open to make those sales.

Many people don’t care about the Healey ban.

Those that do are the customers I’m catering to.

I’m referring to EddieCoyles class on mass gun law. It’s in his FAQ.

GOAL also said that post Healey ARs are illegal.

That was in Jon Greens that I took twice.

That was where I learned I can still make a 22LR AR. As stated in the Healey FAQ on HER website.

Don’t blame me for spreading misinformation.

I got my information from GOAL which is probably the best source for mass gun law.

It’s up to you to heed whatever advice you want.
 
If every lawyer can guarantee my legal bills and guarantee that I won’t be charged for having a post ban mag or post Healey AR - I would own both.

Nobody can guarantee that.

Until then I’ll keep my pre ban mags and pre Healey AR.

Your own risk tolerance may vary.

I bought my M1A from him first time I walked in the door

I paid over what I should have but less than what he was asking for it
I shopped, he had the only scout squad in walnut around and paid the extra couple Hundo to have it right away

After that I got the no hassle price on everything till he sold the joint

Yep. And although I always rolled my eyes about the “they’re going to ban Russian imports” sales pitch, on a long enough timeline he’s been right about everything! Lol

He actually took great care of his regular customers. When he was still at Gartman there were two separate occasions I bought a defective gun. First was a MAK90 that he gave me a full refund on; second was a complete piece of shit brand new Kahr PM9. The PM9 issues were catalogued here years ago - he gave me a refund and then sent it back to Kahr himself to get a replacement.

Stop. You're just constantly making up garbage to justify what you're doing. Whether that is feeling more protected from possible prosecution, or taking advantage of people's fear and stealing their money.

No good lawyer can guarantee you anything. They can't even guarantee you won't get in trouble for your "pre-Healey" stuff. So just stop.

Sell a lower for $10K, I don't care. Bump the add for the next 12 years, I don't care.
