My friend needed money.

I agree if they need gas money or $10 for lunch. As long as it’s not frequent I don’t keep track. Once we start getting into the triple digits, I say “no, I don’t have it and if I did, I like you too much to lend you money.”
my few real friends have never asked me for money. My best friend showed up on night in finacial trouble with 3 bills he really needed to pay.
I paid the bills for him. Hes the guy I can call anytime when I need help

I’d hit that...I mean put it in my safe. I’d take one of these every day of the week over one of those tactical lever action abominations that Mossberg makes. This is actually functional, and it takes a caliber and magazines that will be all over the place if SHTF. Same reason I have a Mossberg MVP bolt action in addition to my AR. If this has a standard lower, then It would be perfect!

Good buy OP, and bonus that u also helped a friend!

I also have an MVP the predator. I like it a lot but it has issues with light strikes. I also have a Ruger Gunsite scout in .308, it is my favorite rifle.

You might want to call Ruger about that. Mine has been 100% reliable. It’s accurate, and one heck of a coyote rifle.

If properly engineered, there's no reason a pump can't be as accurate as a bolt gun. To make very high accuracy pump with the ergonomics of an AR would be an interesting thing.

Though this isn't what Troy was going for. Its an interesting to think about.

There are several reviews on YouTube where the reviewer is getting 1/2 MOA with this rifle with match ammo. I will be testing it to see soon. One review had better accuracy with the 55 grain which is interesting. The barrel has a 1 in 7 twist.

Interesting. Especially since its probably a chrome lined barrel.

Re it liking 55 gr. Strange. But stranger things have happened. I can't get better than 3 MOA out of any of my 1:7 guns with M855.
