I did, and he got my false restraining order vacated on 07Nov2006.

May I introduce Mr. Dmitry Lev, Esq.

I surely hope that none of my brothers-in-arms get caught up in this trap, but with women, it is going to happen to just a few of you.
In MA, a man could fall in love with a woman, invite her to move into his home, and when things go the way they all too often do, the relationship will end in a most uncordial manner. The homeowner/gunowner would then be in a very precarious position.
The woman could go to the nearest district court and take out an MGL209A restraining order on the homeowner/gunowner, claiming merely that she is "afraid" of the man who has GUNS.
The homeowner/gunowner would then be forced to surrender his firearms to the local police department, AND he would be obliged to move out of HIS home.
You think that it is rare? Not as rare as you think.

Anyway, Dmitry Lev saved my bacon, and I only recently got my six handguns, two rifles, and one shotgun back from the Lebanon, NH Police Dept.
His fee was remarkably reasonable - a $650 flat fee that covered all court hearings related to the matter.
I am on the downslope of my life, being 50 years old, and my own two ex-children made me a second-class, unarmed citizen for almost 18 months.
I am looking very carefully for a new wife after 22 years of solitude, and the prenup will most certainly protect my firearms!
I hope that one day the people of Massachussetts will rise up and throw out the unjust MGL209A.
Stay safe, brothers!
