Chest rig I think it’s called. Commonly used by guys carrying hand cannons for bear protection.

Made by gunfightersinc. I use one. Well thought out because you can wear your backpack and bino harness over it and it is still comfortable. I actually have mine behind my bino chest harness. It gets used a lot.
