He's a Palantard....sell a few shares and buy the gun from a MA dealer.......I thought OP was loaded
Have you had the pleasure of a S&W BodyGuard 1.0?Worst trigger ever. Don't waste your money or time.
Spongy feeling the whole way, the pull weight increases as you pull through. If you pull slow and steady you might think the gun is broken because it's so damn heavy of a trigger pull, and then it will fire. It's so bad they didn't need to make a Massachusetts heavy trigger variant
YesHave you had the pleasure of a S&W BodyGuard 1.0?
I own one and while I haven't fired everything out there, I would say its definitely in contention for worst trigger of any modern production firearm.
Yeah its insane. I sold it shortly after I bought it. Eventually got a G42, then a G43. A millioj times betterI own one and while I haven't fired everything out there, I would say its definitely in contention for worst trigger of any modern production firearm.
Ditto @Broc TuahDid you find one yet @Broc Tuah?
Yes and no.Did you find one yet @Broc Tuah?
Correct.Ditto @Broc Tuah
Also, best I could draw from the thread, as it is jumped around a ton, is you want this pistol strictly because of it's form factor being small and thin?
Not the direction I was going in for once. You know, it feels strange being on the other end. I'm sorry guys.Correct.
I have handled one before, so I know how it feels.
Yeah, I had one and sold it. The trigger pull was so long you could only be charged with brandishing, as the guy you pointed it at when you started pulling the trigger would be long gone and out of hearing range when it finally fired.Worst trigger ever. Don't waste your money or time.

Buying the gun from an MA dealer with the exception of like 4-5 dealers means hes going to end up with the gay version though. He's a Palantard....sell a few shares and buy the gun from a MA dealer.......
It's not really any longer than any other DAO auto, unlike the BG380 which is legit a mile.Yeah, I had one and sold it. I was being sarcastic.Buying the gun from an MA dealer with the exception of like 4-5 dealers means hes going to end up with the gay version though.
Woah woah woah. J frame triggers are fine and totally appropriate for their intended use. They take some practice for sure.I had the CM9 as one of my first carry guns and then sold it prob 10 years ago. Pocket carried it and also IWB. Ran well but the trigger wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst (like a J frame revolver or bodyguard trigger) either. But definitely loooong.
Definitely the Kahr 40 for Broc…
he can't handle da powaDefinitely the Kahr 40 for Broc…
Not compliant with the AGs regulations due to trigger pull less than 10lbs and no manual safety?I am looking for a Kahr PM9. I want to give my business to a local FFL.
But everyone has them used for $500-600.
Gun Broker has them NEW for $340-400 (free shipping, no CC fees).
Even NES (expected) had them more expensive than GB.
WTF am I missing?
They are in the approved roster, so that is not it.
Also, I don't care what you carry or your opinion on the Kahr. I am buying one.
I’ve got one. I’ve sold my other Kahrs (MK9, K9, and K40). I disagree with you. They feel like a smooth revolver trigger. And mine is way less than 10 lbs. it does have a long reset, so it isn’t anything like a Glock trigger.Worst trigger ever. Don't waste your money or time.

Exactly. It is my pocket gun. And I don’t understand why some of you folks have trouble shooting one accurately. No, it’s not a Glock 19. But I am way more accurate with my PM9 than I was with my 642 and it is easier to conceal than the 642, has better sights, larger capacity, and easier to reload. There is definitely still a place for this gun in 2025 at least for me because no other 9mm disappears in my front pocket like my CM9. Not my G43 and not my 365. This gun is definitely the smallest I feel you can get with a 9mm and still shoot it well and that long buttery smooth trigger pull is definitely more comforting having it that close to my femoral artery and my junk
Roster says KAHR PM9 ... not "KAHR PM9 with trigger pull ###..."Not compliant with the AGs regulations due to trigger pull less than 10lbs and no manual safety?
I’m talking about the AG’s handgun safety regulations, not the roster. Glocks are on the roster, but don’t meet the AG’s safety regulations, so many dealers won’t sell them new.Roster says KAHR PM9 ... not "KAHR PM9 with trigger pull ###..."
Khar was probably smart, unlike Browning with their Buckmark listing specific models with one of them is not being in production anymore. That is so stupid.

I have a vague memory of Kahr selling some skews with a small manual safety, but I may be confused.I alwaysforget that exists.
dunno, kahr always had a shitty reputation from what i could recall, and i am lost of why to even think of it, but, who cares. it is just a cheap gun like any others in that segment.I have a vague memory of Kahr selling some skews with a small manual safety, but I may be confused.
I disagree. Their steel models never had a shitty reputation. They are very well made. They had some early issues on the plastic frame models, but mine has been reliable.dunno, kahr always had a shitty reputation from what i could recall, and i am lost of why to even think of it, but, who cares. it is just a cheap gun like any others in that segment.
