Need to decide on a subcompact

The OP is in Mass, making an XDS pretty expensive. It's easy to find new Glocks cheap, but an XDS seems to cost around double a Glock.

Springfield doesn't make a single stack compact or subcompact do they? Cause the XDS seems kind of fat.

XDs is a single stack, very thin. You may be thinking of the XDm? Or that stupid "Grip Zone" thing they just released? Didn't think of the Mass issue, sorry. #freestateproblems

I was thinking of the Grip Zone thing, which I thought was an updated XDs. Sorry, Springfield's lineup is confusing. :)

Thank you everybody.
I decided to go with Ruger's LC9S... brand new to MA. I also picked up a used S&W 642.
Now I can't wait to try out the most popular of all, PM9. Never shot one, so I'll be doing that this weekend at MFS. I'll check on the classifieds to see if there is one at a good price.
I truly appreciate the feedback.

So LC9s is now MA complient? Literally just traded my LC9 2 days ago for a PM9 :O anywho, size difference isnt too drastic but i love the tiny PM9

Yes. The LC9S just made it to the stores last week. Hopefully will open doors for others as well. Can't wait to try the PM9
