I'm not a huge fan of institutions like Norwich. On one hand, the students who graduate have a lot of contact with enlisted guys (A lot go through Norwich), on the other, there is an unnecessary amount of stupidity, especially the first year, which effects GPAs, study habits, etc, and at a high cost for those paying the bills. I think the Reserves to Officer route is better if you want "prior experience", or straight up ROTC or OCS. Then again, I am not an officer, and rarely deal with them.
