new Albany gun permits

last night on the 11:00 news--Jerry Jenninngs Albany mayor
wants gun owners to get a special permit each time they buy
a firearm so that the city can keep track of where the guns are
going. i've just touched on this---go to WTEN.com and listen to
the video!
