new G30

Finally adopted my second G30. This one was made almost exactly 10 years apart from my first one.

Is the white lettering standard or added?

Added. Many of us use a lacquer stick available from Brownells for short money.

Others use White-Out, nail-polish, crayon, chalk, etc.

Nice. I like how it looks. How well does it hold up to cleaning/use?

It's two layers of acrylic paint. It doesn't melt out and only comes off when rubbed out with Simple Green (very common household cleaner). It's the only way I've ever done it.
