Picked up this cheap plinker on a range trip to AFS this morning, been looking for a .22 pistol and also been thinking I should get a revolver, killed two birds with one stone. [grin]

Stole this pic from the AFS webpage. Hope they don't mind. [wink]
It's an H&R model 93 Premier, I'll try to post my own pics ASAP.

Took this pic of the gun on my first target with it, at roughly 20 to 25 yards.

.22 Revolvers are the friggin BEST. Seems the #1 complaint about .22 auto-loaders (long or short) is finding the ammo thier gun "likes".

Not an issue in a wheelie. Plus reloading the cylender doesn't cut up your thumb as much as reloading a box-mag. And we all know that 150 rounds of .22 is just "Warmin' up"

Enjoy!

Arrrrrrrr

It's not a Colt Diamondback, but don't summarily dismiss it as a cheap gun.
The old H&Rs are good revolvers, and usually quite accurate with the right ammo.

Don't misunderstand by cheap, I did not mean cheaply built I meant I felt I got it cheap. For $125 I think any gun that shoots is a good deal, it has a tight cylinder, an adjustable rear sight, and it shoots just as accurate as me so I can't complain.[smile]

I bought this for my little boy who up untill then wouldn't shoot anything but rifles. Needless to say he love to shoot .22's through this one.
