My girlfriend worked power plant security for a while after the army (years ago).

In the Army they trained 2 to the chest, 1 to the head.

At the power plant they trained 2 to the chest, 1 to the nuts.

Why don't cops have fully automatic SMGs? Can't departments legally field the fun brrrrt stuff that we civilians aren't allowed to touch? A fully automatic SMG with a rail mounted combo taser and bear spray for less lethal. If bad guy keeps coming after a spray-tase, mag gets dumped.
