Looks funny but I like the feel better than the rubber Uncle Mike's it came with.

Those are 30 year old Diamond wood grips that I need to touch up a bit with some finish along with a recent Tyler T grip.

It's a sturdy grip just like the rubber with my medium sized hands but 'thinner'. I'm hoping it doesn't catch my shirts as much as the rubber did and a bit less printing.

Kinda feels like I am taking the running shoes off a track star and giving him a pair of wooden clogs and a metal cane but whatever. It feels nicer in the hand to me.

Still crappy pics but my camera skills are improving.

The diamond wood grips came off a 40 year old M36. The tyler t grip, the black finger groove adapter is a recent make. The older ones have the stamped company logo on the side.

The original rubber grips had a 'fat' feel to them. The wood and grip adapter gives it a slimmer grip yet allows for more 'finger'. I guess the best way to explain it is that it feels like there is more than just two fingers gripping it.
