does anyone konw where i can get the info to join the otis fish and game club. does anybody know if they have a real working range?

Good luck. I worked at Otis for 5 years, never did find a good contact for the club. They had a phone number posted at the gate, no one ever returned my call. They do occasionally have signs posted for 3D archery events, so I guess they are still in business.
It might be worth your time to check for the next archery event, and show up to see if you can just visit and get club info.

I work at Otis now and there is no live fire excercises on the base at all. The army controls all of the ranges, and they said if they can't shoot then nobody can. If I hear any thing about the Rod and Gun club at work, I will gladly pass on the info.
