Out of state LEO and carrying in MA

Just curious, does mass law have and exemption or allow a retired or current Law enforcement officer off-duty of another state to carry in MA without a MA LTC?

With the current interpretations by EOPS, I'd venture that the current answer is No, with the exception of LEOSA if you qualify for that and have the proper credentials in-hand.
