A lot of people talking about "carry guns".
I think thats a load a crap.
If a gun looks cool, and a person can legally own it, who are you to tell them it's a carry gun?
What I have and have not shot is irrelevant in this discussion. If I've decided I want a Warthog, then who are you to tell me I shouldn't get one? Either A) I can't get one or B) I change my mind.
I've shot enough where you can stop telling me how to LEARN TO SHOOT etc.
I have found the Warthog quite acccurate and comfortable to shoot, not painful at all.......Have I mentioned that it JAMS ALOT???
You're never going to give up on that thing are you
I always wanted that gun. Maybe someday when I get sick of my Glocks always working.![]()
Effin thing cost me 8 bills!!! damn right I am not giving up on it
But seriously I love the feel, trigger, and accuracy for its size...(when it doesn't jam)
p220 looks ugly and cheap
warthog looks sweet
When you feel like selling it to me for 4 bills let me know.
I'll make it work and sell it back to you for 8?
Good deal?
Did you get a stainless one or a black one?

Buying a firearm because it "looks cool" is fine - we all fall foul of that trap from time to time![]()
I've been watching this thread unravel with some amusement.
Anyone with any knowledge of firearms is not going to make a comment about a precision piece of engineering, such as the Sig P220, even if they are not a fan of the make. Warthog is a pricey gun for what it is. Some of your other comments have me wondering if you actually have a licence...
Buying a firearm because it "looks cool" is fine - we all fall foul of that trap from time to time, but please, don't ask for advice on this forum and then ignore it. There is a lot of collective experience here, and people are only too willing to help out fellow shooters.
Sigs, cheap and ugly? Pass the bucket someone, I thing I'm going to lose last nights curry![]()
I think it's an ugly gun.
I think it's an ugly gun.
Yea, I have a license, genius.
Seriously- it is hard enough trying to suggest a gun because of your LTC-B, that cancels out 98% of the guns on the market. Then you say Sigs are ugly- well if you think Sigs are ugly just buy a revolver. Can't really get to picky when you only have about three guns to choose from with your LTC- B.
Plus seriously does this look ugly.

That's okay, as I think you are a misguided soul with little or no taste for fine firearms. Be happy with what you buy, enjoy it. I'm sure we'll all hear about it at some point![]()
Which comment of mine made you think I didn't have a license?

Well per this thread you haven't even applied yet.
Applied yesterday. Just got to wait and it's in the mail. Spot free record and what not.
I had a 239 for a while. Made perfectly, Probably the best factory sights I have ever seen. Trigger was nice, etc.. With all that said, I just never took to it. None of the Sig line really does anything for me either. But, they are great guns, just not for me.
