Plymouth Ma ltc issue

Buddy has been waiting 6 months for his ltc. Any one else have issues with Plymouth? State said it was good 2-3 months ago

Time to escalate it to the chief, selectmen/mayor/town council, state rep politely and in that order if the prior person doesn't resolve it. Climb the ladder of important people.

I have applied almost two months ago and still no update. I’m not sure that 40 days due date still is valid or not in MA.
