Prepping / Firearms / Quality vs Quantity

Lol so first off: Its not an analogy. So that may be why you’re having a problem distinguishing it from whatever on earth you are trying to relate it to or distinguish it from.

I’m stating facts about the way civil wars and insurgencies play out. The main fact is that they don’t happen all at once and are over very quickly, in general. Generally, there is a lot of down time and time in between fights and battles where people do become converted or trained, etc.

That’s not an analogy that’s called an analysis. Do you have some disagreement with that? Or are you just interested in comparing these facts to whatever movie or story you have in your head about the group of misfits rallying around whatever the BS you said earlier?
Whatevs. I already stopped caring.

A deeper explanation of my earlier comment.

The concept of a rag-tag group of misfits coming together to save the day is a timeless trope in fiction. This phenomenon showcases the incredible potential that arises when individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and personalities combine their unique talents to achieve a common goal.

In this scenario, each member of the group brings their own strengths to the table, often in unconventional ways. For instance, a former convict might possess street smarts and hand-to-hand combat skills, while a socially awkward genius might contribute advanced technical expertise. A free-spirited artist might provide creative problem-solving skills, and a retired military veteran might offer strategic leadership.

As these misfits converge, they initially struggle to work together due to their vastly different approaches and personalities. However, as they face a common threat or challenge, they begin to appreciate each other’s strengths and adapt to their weaknesses. Through a process of trial and error, they develop a synergy that amplifies their individual abilities, allowing them to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles.

Key Characteristics of Rag-Tag Misfits

  1. Diverse Backgrounds: Each member comes from a different walk of life, bringing unique experiences and perspectives to the group.
  2. Unconventional Skills: Members possess skills that might not be traditionally valued or recognized, but prove essential in the face of adversity.
  3. Personality Clashes: Initial conflicts arise due to vastly different personalities, values, and communication styles.
  4. Adaptation and Synergy: As they work together, the group learns to appreciate and leverage each other’s strengths, creating a cohesive whole greater than the sum of its parts.
  5. Redemption and Growth: Through their shared struggles and successes, individual members undergo personal transformations, finding redemption and growth as they contribute to the group’s mission.
