Some cosmetic changes to a few favorites
I love the Polytech Legend AK's. I don't love the wood that some of them come with. I really like the look of the old soviet laminated stocks, so I ordered some Polish ones (Russian milled sets are as rare as hen's teeth). I may add a couple of light coats of amber shellac.

Found a set of Russian "iodine" AK74 wood.

On a non-AK related front, I got my wife a set of Esmeralda grips for her '68 Hi-Power. Given that she's 100% Irish, I though she might like these:

my experiances with the 180 or so M1's I owned, H&R were always the best quality ones in looks ect

Can't recall just one of the auction sites. The magazine and pouch were harder at the time. I will have to go back and redo the picture as Santa brought me another add on.
