I remember going to gun shows where you could buy a new in the box ak with all accessories with a tuna can of ammo for 300/350. I also remember the SKS of the same time being 150 WITH a tuna can of ammo.

Yummmm. Good on you keeping the spur hammer and updating the safety. I cry when I see HP's and CZ-75's with ring hammers. I focus too much on aesthetics, I know. Oh, how I lust for a pre-B CZ-75...
You should really think about getting the C&S wide trigger. It is orgasmic when coupled with the removal of the magazine disconnect.

Finished my Yugo SKS refinish today, came out awesome. I may put another coat of BLO at some point. But I just want to shoot her again
Very nice. It is difficult to refinish a wooden stock without making it all shiny and nasty like a painted whore. You, sir, have achieved the very difficult. Your stock looks like a well cared for original. Congrats !

I'm missing 25, 7.63x25 (I've got a broomhandle, but it's a 9mm), and a 30-06 (but I've got a 303 and that's kind of close).
