Recogntion program

Hello,
I am currently working with an out of school JROTC program called the Sea Cadets and would like to find a suitable recognition program for the cadets that is a little more challenging than the basic cadet prograrm. What type of program would you suggest to put together for the cadets? WOuld the NRA's qualification program be suitable, or is there another program out there we could use? The cadets are aged 13-17.

It's a good program, with a lot of possibilities - my son is DE In Shotgun (Trap & Skeet), Marksman 1st Bar in Rifle, and Marksman in Handgun. It's an excellent motivator. Good luck!
