Remington 700 SPS?

Does anyone have any experience with this rifle? The one I'm looking at has the 20" barrel and xmark trigger in 308. I'm just not sure about the 20" barrel and the 308 round. Any info would be great.

I think the barrel is that short to make it handy. Should be just as accurate at reasonable distances. The most important this is what do you plan on using it for and will a 20" barrel work for that.

Love mine... I can easily get sub-moa groups at 100 yards with my 175gr Sierra BTHP handloads. I have not shot it past 200 yards, but I am assuming it could handle things out to 600 yards with no problem.

Same here...
Mine shoots Privi Match 168's(good cheap match ammo) less than 1" @ 100yds...
