Reputable gunsmith to work on AK barrel wanted

I need the following barrel work:
-A 45° gas port patched without harming the inside of an FB CHF CL barrel (FB Chrome Lined Hammer Forged "Sporter" Barrel 16" Additional service +1 WEEK LEAD TIME),
-The .591" gas block journal extended toward the rear of an so I can press on a GBC-15 gas-sight block combo, and
-A new gas port drilled further back to interface with the port on the GBC-13.
