Low life scumbag couldn't even get a CCW in the State because of his rubbers theft and his drunk driving charge but he's gonna dictate to the rest of RI what they can own and if it's anything like the magazine ban they passed (NO grandfather/ instant felony for possession) then it will be even more unconstitutional than any other State's AWB.
