During 7 years of not riding motorcycles in NH, the laws have changed when it concerns concealed carry, for the good.
Back when I was riding, I would sometimes carry OWB but with a pistol permit. This would make me "legal" if my leather jacket covered my firearm.
With the new somewhat relaxed firearm laws in NH, do I still need to have a permit to carry on a motorcycle if it might be covered by a jacket?
I still find the laws concerning a loaded handgun in/on a vehicle in NH somewhat confusing, probably because there are different rules for regular vehicles and recreational vehicles (thanks to the NH F&G Gestapo).
Everything I've read says I am GTG without the permit.
I'm just verifying is all. I don't want to get jammed up on a technicality.
What bothers me more than anything is that I even have to ask this question...
