Use a reduction drive... can get as many actuations as you want
and not break the law.

I was looking at the two of these and considering ordering the plans for a future build. What strikes me as a problem however is the capacity under the MA AWB. Does a gravity feed box like that constitute a Hi-cap magazine? I don't think it would be very fun ten rounds at time .

The only possible ways around it I could think of and IANAL, so it is pure speculation, is the plan that comes with the rotating drum magazine. If you made the individual feed blocks ten rounds each, and detachable, the whole drum essentially becomes a large mag cinch(SP), for multiple standard capacity magazines.
The other less practical thing I thought of was a brass tube angled up and back from the receiver, mounted as to drop the rounds into the chamber, IIRC tube magazines are exempted from capacity limitations. The lack of practicality comes in the length required, one would need three to four feet of tube for 50 rounds of .22 LR.
Any thoughts?
I know, I have too much time on my hands.
