I'm guessing he's hoping someone flips on a friend/family member that runs their mouth. He is offering a reward for info, has he released pictures so people know who to look for ?
Facebook Messenger used to have a neat "gun" emoticon you could substitute for the thumbs up. Quite a while back they replaced it with a water pistol looking iconI’m surprised FB allows use of the word gun or firearms w/out auto editing to protect the children.

Does Jim need to borrow my pliers ?Rather than clog up the judicial system with these hoodlums, I'd prefer they just put them in a room for 10 minutes with Jim. That would be justice served...
If I couldn't use my pliers on them, I'd want to offer a reward dead or alive. What’s the point of the private reward? Is he worried about them coming back? Good industry and public citizenship? Vengeance?

So what would stop someone from backing a dump truck through a wall and then trowing stuff into a pick up truck and bolting? When Shooter's first opened, Jim posted on here a bit about the security measures he was taking. Nobody is stealing anything unless it is an inside job.
Actually I don't think it is that lame. Early enough that it is still dark, late enough that it is plausible to have someone / a vehicle on the location. By contrast, if anyone is seen there at 3am it's more likely to be for nefarious reasons.5:19am is a pretty lame break in attempt time.
