Shooting in nh?

Strange, dangerous times for Northern New England. First the Lewiston shooting by a mentally ill person, now a shooting in New Hampshire at the mental hospital? There's def gonna be a push on mags and AWB in those two states, I guess them being within driving distances to Southern New England has some at the local Alphabet agencies in Boston concerned and they want to clamp down on that shit.

They can't get anything passed nationally that's that restrictive on 2A, so the new approach is thru states. NH and MA are now under the Eye of Sauron.

"The shooting was confined to the lobby of the secure facility.
Visitors to New Hampshire Hospital are typically greeted by a security guard who asks for all personal belongings to be put in a tray to go through an X-ray machine. Individuals are asked to walk through a metal detector before being allowed to go any further, similar to a security checkpoint at a courthouse or airport. But the hospital goes one step further. All electronic devices must be securely held in a locker and returned at the end of the visit.
It was unclear how far the suspect got into the lobby.
The facility, which has roughly 185 beds, is the only state-run psychiatric hospital for adults in New Hampshire. It is located near Concord High School, multiple state agencies and a district courthouse.

Going to be a push? There is a push every legislative session, as I am sure is the case in every state in the country.

The deceased officer was working as a security guard? There was also a NH State Trooper who shot the shooter after the shooter shot the security guard?

Waiting to see the ID of the shooter.

When does Coulter's Law kick in?
Your guess is as good as mine. Last night, early on, I thought the security guard was a targeted victim. Then when I saw the shooter was taken out by a State Trooper I thought the shooter intended to shoot more than just the security guard. Like everyone else I will wait for more information.

It's the secure psychiatric hospital for the state- found incompetent to stand trial due to mental issues, Not Guilty by reason of insanity, Dangerous to yourself or others, that's where they send you.

Effectively a prison.

Multiple people guarding the entryway isn't surprising, although the trooper may have been there for other reasons, like a transport.

The retired cop/security officer was 63, likely working to bump up his pension years in the state system.

Once you are retired (if in fact you are officially retired), you cannot work and add years to pension calcs, he was collecting his pension and making additional money on top of it.

More details, including victim ID here.

The security guard was unarmed.
😣

”Formella said Haas was not armed in his role as a security officer for the hospital. He said it would not be typical for a security guard in that role to be armed.”

So the guy who was unarmed is dead and the guy who was armed is not only still alive, but he likely stopped the killer from killing anyone else

That's not different from prison guards - the ones that are in and around inmates aren't armed.

f#ck i need a translation from woke to english.
'a transient' - they mean, 'homeless'? is that it, or something else now?
I have the same question, what does that mean? Passing through the area? Homeless? Where was he staying? Was he a "resident" of the Hospital at one time?

Virtually guaranteed.
a homeless blm socialist came straight from a local pro-hamas demonstration to shoot down his doctors? :)
who knows.
it`s all guns fault anyway, that ar rifle in the truck made him do it.

”Attorney General John Formella says Friday afternoon, 33-year-old suspect John Madore, who was homeless, opened fire at the psychiatric hospital with an AR-style rifle and killed security officer Bradley Haas...

New Hampshire State Police Colonel Mark Hall announced that after the shooting, bomb squads found a U-Haul idling in the parking lot and more guns and ammo were found but did not confirm this was linked to the shooter.“
