I don't know what it is about S&W revolvers, but I have a weakness for them lately.
Picked up an almost mint 6" 28-2 in the box with paperwork. The box is rough, but the gun is really excellent.
Had to take a pic next to my 4" 28.

Some nice smoke wagons in this thread. I can’t show you mine, because I’m in the waiting room at the dealership and I probably should keep it holstered.

I broke out the .357 LCR I got from @Mountain a while back. Still love it. It’s one of those guns that I didn’t expect to really dig, but wanted for practical purposes of summer carry. Big round, small package etc. (kind of describes my physique)

I've shot a Cimmaron reproduction S&W Model 3 Schofield in 45 S&W (Russian). It was a lot of fun and decently accurate. The round isn't all that stout, but still gave enough recoil for it to be fun at the range. Something on my list down the line someday. Ammo is still available for it. I found it at Midway USA. Not cheap so good if you reload, which I don't.

It was probably my 50ds that you saw. It was a fun shooter. The recoil was definitely much less than my S&W 586 6”. I ended up selling the 50ds but managed to get a 60ds last year which is what I really wanted originally. Haven’t taken the new one out to the range yet though. Then there’s the little snappy 442.

Nice! Yeah it was the design where it fires from the lower cylinder that made me curious. I was wondering if it really made a difference with felt recoil.

What’s the sticker on one of those if you don’t mind me asking?
