OK well summer will be here before we know it. Whats everyones summer carry?

even some of the smaller guns become a little more difficult to conceal when all you have is shorts and a t-shirt, so lets see what everyones got.

Normally same as my winter carry -- Kimber Compact aluminum frame. If I decide to dispense with a cover garment, then I carry a Kahr PM9.

hmmm seems like no one reason has a smaller gun they like to carry in the summer. I figured i would see alot more revolvers, seecamps, and NAA .32's, kel-tec's if some ppl are lucky enough to have them.

Nope, most of us have learned that with a good quality holster and belt, it's easy enough to conceal a full size auto with little more than a t-shirt.

small guns

NAA Gaurdian .32 IWB holster or pocket.
.32 cal seecamp, s&w j frames, naa 22mag glock 26 etc; i like mouseguns for the summer: on cooler days will carry a full size weapon; read my post on mouse guns.
caliber is revelent; imost of the time it is not self defense at 25 ft.
at close contact one in the snot [eyeball] or cubes [let them live to think about it]will work for most incidents. [smile][wink]

love them

airlight .38 But mine has an exposed hammer.. I really want a hammerless.
i have an old nickel plated s&w j frame bodyguard [ shrouded hammer] with pearl grips and chrome tyler t grip lnib. been called a pussy and minority slurr for carrying it. loaded with htdro-shocks
it is one femme fatale [kiss] [smile]

+1

It's even easier with a full sized revolver. The revolver's curves make it SO much easier to conceal it's not even funny.

Gun only for summer Carry? What kind of nonsense is that?
[laugh] "Different strokes" for different folks, I guess. [grin]

I do have a reduced size gun (SW640) but frankly the weather
has little to do with whether or not I carry that one... mostly due
to clothing more than anything else. And even at that, 99% of
the time I'm carrying the P2000 in .40, IWB strong side.

Edit: Hell, the summer that I first carried a gun, I carried a P226 OWB with an
extra mag!!!!

I check the classifieds here everyday. Unfortunately not to many of them are MA compliant. I'm pretty sure i shot the P30. The owner lives in VT so they can buy whatever they want.
