Smallest Rail Mounted Light for Compact Handgun?

I'm on the hunt for the smallest light option that can be used on a compact handgun such as a Glock 30 Gen 4 or Sig 229. I have a TLR-1 on my HK USP Compact and it sticks out past the bbl a little. But on the Glock and Sig it sticks out a lot. To much to my liking. Looking see if there is a quality light out there that will sit almost flush or less then the bbl.

Any recommendations on a good light or warnings on a bad light?

Crimson Trace makes one that will fit the Glock. It's frame-specific so it won't work on the SIG.

Inforce has one but Ive been hounding them to find out the origin of it before I buy.

TLR-3 is smaller than the TLR-1 and uses a CR2 battery, perfect for the compact pistol - holster options are limited but the light holder accessory is cheap enough

I love my Viridian C5L. Very compact but pricey. Fits flush with my compact Glocks & fits full size as well. Also comes wth adapters for different handguns/rails. The tac light can be set for hi/lo/strobe & every combo with the laser off or on. I have mine set in the strobe w/laser on setting.

I never considered a laser/light combo. It would be a pretty good addition, but at that price I'll probably stick with just the light. Interesting though that the light run time for the Viridian is only 80 minutes and a similar one from Crimson Trace is 120 minutes. I'll have to check the reviews to see which has a better track record.
