It does. I'm right handed but wear it more to my left side. Either side is easy to draw. And most of all can't hardly feel it there....

Here is my Ruger Security Six, 2.75 barrel, the butt has been rounded to match the Speed Six profile, better for concealing. Nice sweet shooter. I'm going to kick myself later but I have it listed for sale or trade now. Still, for the moment, it's my snubbie. It has a Hogue wooden Speed Six grip on it.
