Special Forces Bros Test $650 Glock 19 vs. $4,300 Staccato XC

Is the STI better cause its 7x more expensive or cause it has gas ports and a comp and the Glock didn't? If you're measuring how many rapid fire shots you can get, kinda not a fair fight no?

If you want a platform to beat en mass... the glock is hard to beat at the price point.

Sure the 2011 may have advantages but cost is always a thing. You can get 10 glocks for 1 staccatto... its a hell of a lot easier to justify that line item

Dumb idea is dumb and becomes dumber when you jam the 2011 for simply looking at it the wrong way.

I'll give these marketing people credit though they figured out how to get people high off smelling their own farts. That's literally the only way that thinking a 2011 is a good fighting handgun.... only way it makes sense is if you're doing some drugs while you're thinking it. 🤣

The video is useless and they don't know what they're doing.

As far as this thread goes, what are we even comparing? Carry guns? Competition guns? BBQ guns?

I'm at the point now whenever I see "Special Forces" talking up reasons why or why not a gun is good or bad I simply skip over it, 90% of these loudmouths are full of shit and in it for $$

Delta force is the only force

What's wrong with getting paid?
Uncle Sam didn't pay very well to jump out of a plane at Angel's 15.
In the dark.
Then free fall
In the dark.
Pop at 500ft (or less)
In the dark.
Hit the drink.
In the dark.
Raft/ Swim to an objective.
In the dark.
Transit to foreign soil.
In the dark.
Do ninja shit & split.
Yes you guessed it.
In the dark.
Adrenaline don't pay the bills.

The problem with the professional veteran class is that they are just regular guys trying to make a buck in a saturated market.

If CPO Snuffy from SEAL team 6 says a gun is great, who is going to argue with him? He has too many trump cards even if he is wrong.

I will. They're shilling for trash. How many of these goobers are STILL pushing 320s on people.

They make the good guys look bad f*** em.

Yes. The $9k Nighthawk went off too. Every 2011 failed the drop safe test.
Ahem, I got lit up over this a couple months back. So…. The Staccato and Nighthawk are based on Colt Series 70 as opposed to series 80 pistols that have the trigger bar safety so the triggers are better in the series 70 pistols. So virtually all 1911/2011 pistols with a series 70 style mechanism will fail drop tests. Did I get that right, NES 1911 autists? Sorry, Garand Thumb and I are apparently both retarded.

I'm fine with a free market, I got respect for all military guys who join up and put their ass on the line doing basically any job but I don't suck their dick like most of the general public does.

I know a Seal and he is a good dude but he is not a tough guy, I've worked ( as a CO ) with plenty of Marines and Army dudes that carried a rifle and some were great guys, some were tough and some were incompetent pussies but none of them sold their fake shill bullshit about guns and at the range most of them were no better shooters than I am and that's not saying a whole lot.

The more I see "Special Forces" guys talking up gun shit saturating YouTube like a rash the more I'm not interested in listening to them.

To each their own, but these guys are all about making money and getting clicks like a politician does.
