stealthcam problems

I have a stealthcam trail cam. I can not get video, just a black screen when I try to down load and play on computer...I tried the usb hook up and nothing at all happens?

any tips

I have no experience with that brand camera, but just a thought, maybe the SD card doesn't have enough memory to do video?

1 year warranty on stealth cams so call primos and get a return # if not too old

What kind of computer? My Mac would not recognize the .avi files, so I downloaded a player. I thought it was a Mac problem, until my buddy with a Windows system experienced the same thing...

2005 vintage HP.....I get audio and blank black screen. photo works fine.
Once you start talking files and down loads thats where I get lost

Google: 'Free AVI player" and go from there. Whatever system you're operating, may not have it and the newer versions of Quicktime don't support avi's from what I've learned. Once I downloaded the player, all was right...If you look in the trail cam thread, I have an avi there now...

When it comes to computer stuff.....if it doesn't plug and play I'm lost. Ill try the avid player.
Anyone know why nothing happens when I hook it up through usb?

well i finally got it to work......for got to set to video mode last night. Dont matter much theredun bucks in them woods.

I basically spent 3 hours updateing every thing on my computer.
