The correct answer is that it totally depends on what they’re jamming. The Baofengs can broadcast on a pretty wide range of frequencies.

Looking to extending my range, what would you suggest that is simple and not break the bank?
I have a couple uv-82 baofengs and want to push them out to about 2-3 miles to hit the inlaws and some friends.
right now i have these antennas..Im getting almost a mile.
