Mine from last week did, received as a text from FedEx to my cell phone, as opposed to receiving anything from CMP.

Yes, this was the brown box in the picture. Still happy to get a box to squirrel away. I don’t need to function test it as I’ve seen enough vids of it already from short barrels. Stellar.

mmmm I’ve always used the function test to make sure it works with my platform vs the terminal ballistics. I would never trust the most wizbang ammo ever made if I didn’t first test it in my firearm. I’ve had Critical Duty hang on the feed ramp before. No go for that sidearm.
