Previous order of mixed items placed Dec 1, still hasn't been shipped.
I usually don't bother with these type posts, but seven days without shipping, and now into another weekend, makes me think @TargetSportsUSA might have been a bit understaffed for their Black Friday sale.

TARGET SPORTS SEEMS TO HAVE MADE A MISTAKE!! Check your boxes.
Last April I ordered 10 boxes of Hornady American Gunner 380 - they sent me at least 4 boxes of Hornady American Gunner 38spl. I have to check my deep storage to see if all 10 were 38.
I'm old and have a damaged right hand.... the only 38spl I've ever ordered is Hornady Lite.
I found the receipt and verified I DID order 380.
I'm thinking the easiest solution is to sell it or trade it for 380. Will be posting tonight.

Wow - I got the impression it would be easy. I just called and talked to Emily in Customer Service. She said I had to send her a photo of what I received and she'd show it to the Warehouse manager and see what he says. When I told her about the above message from TS, she said we have 14 days to report a problem and I hadn't reached out to them directly.

You waited 8 months to check your order. You can't take it out on TSUSA.
I bet if you waited 20 days instead of 14 they would have made an exemption.

Sounded to me like he was basing that off their reply to his, which he put the timeline of the order in there. But their response made it sound like the length of time was not an issue. Prior to that post by TSUSA, it also sounded like he was not looking to contact the company, but take care of it by selling privately and ordering what he wanted originally.

My 'sourness' with them is due to my interactions with a customer service person who clearly shouldn't be in customer service.

I got my case of Creedmore right away...my 10mm and other stuff is coming today....after about 10 days or so. Big deal.....the Creedmore and 10mm...were pretty much half price of anything else I've seen. I'll wait.
And......unlike other shithead vendors they don't charge your card til they ship. Which is nice. The fact that they come on here and monitor stuff and answer questions or let people know what's going on is fxcking amazing. Really. How many other vendors would do that?

Got a question for the group. With Target Sports having their latest sale I’m going to get a half case of ammo. What is better in your opinion? Federal 55gr in 223 or Prvi 55gr in 556. With the sale they are nearly the same price. I typically like to get 556, but I’ve not shot Prvi before.

Whats your use case?
The federal seems to be about $.04 cheaper.
While the ppu is actual m193 if that matters to you.
If just for the range there is even cheaper options still.
I'd go either the ats for just cheap range fodder, or the winchester 5.56 as that currently meets the m193 velocity spec as well lately.
I love PPU, some of the best brass I’ve reloaded
I just ordered a case of Winchester M-193 from it was less than .40 per rd and shoots decent
I have shot a bunch of prvi m193. Good stuff.

it used to be that you got a free gift leading up to renewal every year. Before COVID, that included a box of ammo. It's been inconsistent for a bit now. Honestly, I always thought of it as a lovely surprise when it came in, considering the real reason I have it to be for the 8%+ savings and free shipping on all purchases.
