Breaking: GOAL has received word that the H.4139 conference committee has concluded their negotiations and have presented their new language to the clerks and counsel for both chambers. We have not seen the language yet but are working on getting a copy. Once we have the full version of the new bill we will have analysis and breakdowns on our website goal.org.

Please keep checking back as more information will be made available as we receive it.

“Permits the continued ownership, possession, transfer and sale of assault-style firearms legally owned and registered in the Commonwealth as of the effective date of the Act.”

Horrible but beats their “only pre-2016” grandfather amendment from the senate version. I know what most would say, but this begs the question, will the state consider anything purchased 2016-2024 “legally owned”?

Oh this should go well. "All" is pretty inclusive

Section 121B. (a)(1) The department of criminal justice information services shall develop and maintain a real time electronic firearms registration system. All firearms possessed, manufactured or assembled in the commonwealth shall be registered in accordance with this section.

Only 4 personal firearm or ammo transfers per year. What is 4 ammo transfers? Bullets? Instances? Cases??

Preban mags will not be a thing besides what you already have.

Mandatory registration of all firearms not in the database is in the language

All frames are now Firearms of course in this shitpile.

Roster now is gospel for pistols and no new ARs

Commies on the Roster deciding what you can own.

Sweet!

Some people have 200 AR15 lowers.

They are frames.

Now considered firearms.

Do they really think Mass residents will register them???

This will pass but nobody will comply with this.

Nobody will go to jail or else the state will have a lawsuit.

I think it’ll be just like Healeys Edict.

No prosecutions because the state will be taken to court and the whole house of cards will collapse after the state loses.

We are receiving word that the bill language we have is a leaked working draft and may have discrepancies with the final version and summary re things like dates. The final version is still with House and Senate counsel.

We don't expect large changes but there may be adjustments as things gel.

If you comply.

Yuuuuup.

S o we hack up our antiques with numbers?

All of it's unenforceable... unless they appropriate money to enforce it. Lol.
