At best it's the usual slaughter of the golden goose without pricing in the loss of the goose for the next egg-laying cycle...
At worst, most of the budget estimates have been a complete fraud that including hypothetical savings, assumptions that are nearly impossible and mismatches between revenue timelines and expenditure timelines...
This needs to (and will be) challenged and we need to toss all the incumbents who let it or made it happen...
