That one is fine, it covers the trigger. Everything else is just user preference.

I have a similar one I bought for a 365 a while back. It is actually pretty sweet and makes it very easy to conceal when wearing peoper fitting clothes (not an issue for most of NES). But I don't use it, I didnt like the gun against my body, I prefer something in between.

I disagree. The cover of the trigger guard should extend up so the guard is covered before you push it down into the holster. This prevents something inside the guard (clothing, finger), or even near it, from being pushed up into the trigger. This design actually encourages this.
