Ritchie McGuinness, the reporter who was behind Rosenbaum and then tried to provide first aid, I think. I don't know if shooting at "jump kick man" produced any charges.
Jump kick man did result in a charge. Same charge as with McGuinness.
How’s that not a 6A violation? He’s not dead or incapable of talking. He didn’t testify.

They can’t find him, he’s never been identified by anyone. I do believe both sides tried to find jump kick man but neither could and he never voluntarily came forward

As bad and as unethical as binger is and has been, fatboy Kraus has been worse. These ADAs should never practice law again and all their previous cases should be looked into. As unethical as I’ve seen in a court case.

This is friggin painful to watch. Maybe it’s time to pass clear laws that can’t be misconstrued anyway, watching these guys go back-and-forth is ridiculous. Bring the jury in and find him guilty or not guilty.

which is concerning. The jury might be as confused an everyone else and who knows which verdict they will return.
